Tifferz Take-
This is a fun, sweet contemporary romance set on a farm. If you love handsome cowboy's, stubborn women, cranky old men, greedy sisters and sneaky rustlers then I think you will enjoy this story. I could relate to River about assuming things and jumping to conclusions. I can say I am guilty of doing this on at least one occasion. How about you?
Carson is leery when it come to River. She has hurt him before. So, can River and Carson have a second chance? Can they forgive and forget? You will have to read it to see. But, I can say I was happy how things turn out. Though I did want a little more like a epilogue with them a few years down the road.
One of my favorite part was the story River's father told Carson about how River got her name. I was ginning with how uncomfortable Carson must have been. I am glad to discover a new author and will be on the look out for more from Ms. Smith. This just contains sweet kissing!

Tifferz Take-
This is hands down one of my favorite fairy tales! E.D Baker has weaved a magical tale that kept me entralled from the first chapter. I loved the spin on many other fairy tales and neatly rolled into one and made it truely unique. My only complaint is that it ended a little too quickly. I would have enjoyed a little more of that happy ending! I am hooked on E.D. Baker's writing and will be reading more from this author. This was my first read from the author and will not be my last. I will be reading this again and to my children as well! Simply delightful and recommend this adventurous romantic tale.

Tifferz Take-
I highly recommend this powerful story of love and learning to trust. Rachel has crafted a wonderful romance packed with mystery, murder, a crazy abusive brother and a hero that is unforgettable . I consumed Word and Deed in one sitting and I had a smile on my face, satisfied with the story and ending. I did not want to say goodbye to Bryn and Verity. I only wish the story was longer. Maybe even just an epilogue with them a few years down the road. This is a clean heartwarming story. I can't wait to get my hands on another Rachel Rossano story. You really can't go wrong. I will be reading this story again as I can't seem to get it out of my mind. I love when a story sticks with you. I also really like the cover! Happy reading my friends!

This is such a great short story! Rachel is great and Noah is hot and witty! I think Ellen is a great friend. I only wish that Ms. Hatler would make this a full length novel! You can never go wrong with a story by Susan Hatler! It is clean and fun! Be ready to laugh! I would recommend this read!

Tifferz Take-
I purchased this paperback copy off amazon.com I Loved Ransom and Vaden's story (Visions of Ransom Lake) and was excited to see a story about Autumn. The story is cute and clean as Marcia is know for. I liked how selfless the hero is. I think Ms. McClure did a good job with her villian. This one is better than the last book I read of hers The Trove of the Passion Room. I felt that Ransom and Vaden's making out and banter was distracting from Autumn's story. I found it weird that Autumn has a obession with her parents kissing. I also think that Ms. McClure needs to find a new editor. She has been writing stories for over ten years (this is not a hobby) and when I pay an arm and a leg for one of your books (which I think are over priced). I want it to be free of errors. The errors distracted from the story.

Stirring Wishes is a splendid romance with a bit of mystery that warmed my heart. Ms. Manderino bakes a story that leaves you full and happy. I felt the flow of the story was just the right consistency. This was a clean read no swearing or sex. I found Elise's brother Harry to be quite charming and funny. My heart went out to Elise and her family. I found Michael to be a typical younger brother. I enjoyed the banter between Michael and Richard. I liked Richard and the fact that he does the right thing and looks out for those he cares about. Overall Stirring Wishes is a story I will read again and would recommend.

To Urn Her Love is a fun romantic story that had me laughing a lot. I think we have all had moments like Caylie in how this story begins. I know I have. Kyle is a teenager with his heart in the right place. I found a ton of humor in how he thinks. Just like a teenager. Bring in Rick who wishes he could undo the past. Oh, and throw in a urn that needs to be returned to Rick with his father inside. Can you say awkward? Yup it was! Great story that I want more of.
An excellent short, sweet romance. It is clean no sex or language.

Tifferz Take-
First off I love this cover! The story is a continuation of the first book so you need to read that first as the author gives no back story. Taboo is enthralling and the description of the dancing is spectacular. As I was reading it was like watching it in the movies. I could picture everything crystal clear. We are also introduced to some new creatures and a fascinating world of faeries and magic. I love faeries and Magic. We also see the beginning of a romance between Dindi and Kavio. I am enjoying the world they live in is changing and the characters need to make choices. I will be looking for book three as Ms. Maya leaves us hanging for more. This will be a 12 book series. I did not care for Gremo and Svego’s relationship(they are both male and have relations). I almost stop reading because of it and I found myself skipping those parts of the story. I know that happens all the time but I don't agree with it or care to read it. Since this story was so gripping I skipped those parts.
This book does contain some descriptive violence, marital relations (and reference to) and a couple swear words.

I was born the oldest of six girls from Martinsville, Virginia. For as long as I could remember, I loved to keep journals, write poetry and short stories. In second grade, my teacher took us to the library and I checked out “The Little Princess,” by Frances Hodgson Burnett. I fell in love with reading immediately! It wasn’t long after, I started writing short stories and my friend even bought a story for her brother. I was hooked!

After a few years though, I put all my journals away and concentrated on my family and career. You never forget your first love because after my kids left home that old beckoning called my name loud and clear. I researched my family tree and suddenly I understood why. My distant relative, Violet Florence Martin , was an Irish author born in 1862 who co-wrote a series of novels with cousin Edith Somerville under the pen name of Martin Ross during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.

Learning about my heritage encouraged me to follow my dreams. After I encountered a near-death experience during a routine surgery, I realized my time had come to follow my heart and my calling to be a writer. My first novel, Radiance: Love after Death, was released by XOXO Publishing in June of last year. Their faith in publishing my story made me believe that dreams really can come true.

The idea for the storyline came to me after a long depression after a divorce. I found a crooked heart-shaped stone in the grass. It reminded me that even though hearts get broken and scarred they are still capable of love. Finding the stone renewed my will to go on, and I realized it had a message for anyone recovering from heartbreak.

I pass that on in Marena Jacobs. She’s not your usual kind of heroine. She’s divorced, overweight and a workaholic. Her priorities change however, when a car accident almost takes her life. Sometimes we just need something to shake us up a bit to get headed in the right direction. We all need second chances, and I hope you will be inspired by my paranormal spin on that concept.

I look forward to releasing part two, “Remnant of a Kiss,” later this year as well as a poetry book. Thanks for having me today!

I enjoy watching ice skating movies and the Olympics. Life on the Edge is a compelling novel that takes you into the lives of a pairs figure skating and we get an insider knowledge of the highs and lows of the sport. Emily and Sergei have some choices to make on the relationship the have and where they want it to go. It was fun to see this unfold. Sergei has some secrets that come back to haunt him. Emily has a lot to take in and can she forgive Sergei? I like the close relationship Emily shares with her family. But, not family is perfect and I found Emily's stubbornness a important key to her success in her personal and professional life. I think that Ms. Comeaux did an extraordinary job of describing the skating performances. I felt like I was at the rink watching it happen. Life on the Edge is a fun modern day romance with a hit of mystery and a really creepy bad guy. This is a clean read no sex or bad language. I am still thinking about this story several days later. I will be on the lookout for more from Ms. Comeaux. Enjoy!

I find the cover simply amazingalong with the story . Ms Van Dyken's writing is simply lovely. I really felt bad for Emma as her parents don't even believe her when tragedy strikes. This story is filled with sharp banter between Emma and Sebastian, laughter and the sexual tension that flys off the pages. Both Emma and Sebastian have a past they need to over come and if they could confide in each other. I loved how Nicholas and Sara always come to Emma's defense and it was simply priceless when Nicholas punches Sebastian. I loved how Emma would stick her tongue out when no one was looking. The grape scene was a crack up. Sebastian's grandmother has a great personality and will have you laughing and wanting her forward ideas to come to pass. This romance has a touch of mystery to it as you try to figure out why and who ruined Emma's past. Oh, and it is clean!

This was a satisfying futuristic short story by Ms. Rossano. Myah is captured and Ruhan is going to do everything in his power to save her. This is a story about true love and doing what is best for the one you love, rather than yourself. I would enjoy reading more about the characters. I would be thrilled to read Ramend's story! This was just what I need today. A romance filled with action and adventure in the future.

This is a clean not swearing or sexual content. Just some fantastic kissing!

This is the first book in this series. Within the first chapter I was hooked and refused to put it down till I was finished. I felt a strong connection to Eve and felt bad for Labren. Ms. Rossano has a way with words that makes you feel like you are experencing everything right along with Eve and Labren. I liked that Ms. Russano did not have Eve trust Labren right away. I like that Eve had to work on her trust issues and her other old habits don't disappear over night. I also felt bad for Eve the fears she has to face. Lebren is a great hero and I loved when he let's Ulysses have it. This is a sweet romance with some adventure in the mix. This is an overall an awesome story. I am giddy to have discovered a new author. It is clean and no swearing. I can't wait to get my hands on book two THE ODORIC SAGA The King of Anavrea.

This book not only looks fantastic it is! This is a unique time travel love story that will stick with you. I was awed by the powerful love that Bronwyn and Euric share and the connection they have. I honestly with I could hear my husbands thoughts in my head. That would be so cool! This story is filled with adventure twisted together with many up and downs and the unexpected. This book leaves you with a smile on your face. I found the moment very moving when Bronwyn meets her mother. This story does contain a extremely evil mixed with a hint of crazy villainess. I look forward to Ms. Early's next book as I am sure it will be as extraordinary as this one.
This does contain a handful of swear words and only reference to sex no detail.

I purchased this off smashwords. I started this book after I took my son to school and could not put it down. I am new to Catherine Bybee's writing but she has a loyal fan. You can not beat the price of 99 cents. Worth every penny. I like the cover. I am a sucker for wedding dress covers. Now on to the story. Well written and I loved Blake and Samantha. The chemistry was popping off the pages. The plot was realistic and I liked the little mystery involved in this romance. This contains sex after marriage. This story holds a few surprise towards the end that were unexpected and added to the plot thickening. I always love a happy ending and Ms. Bybee delivered. I would highly recommend this read. I would love to see Carter's story!

Tifferz Take-

I am new to Jaquelyn Webb and her writing. I absolutely get excited every time I discover a new author! I was not sure how things would work out for Jenny being so strong willed in the opening chapter of the book. But I liked her spit fire temperament and could relate to her being strong willed.
Jenny and Wayne have sparks flying from the first chapter and it is fun to watch them interact! I was roped into this heart warming story filled with mystery, romance, a horse race and some foul play. Throw in a touch of misunderstanding and some rustlers and it all ties together to give us a happy ending.
I loved the setting out on a ranch with horses. It reminded me of when I was younger and had a horse his name was Socks. I loved riding and taking time to just enjoy nature and think. This book brought bake some cherished memories for me.
I really did not want this story to end and while we get our happy ending. I felt it wrapped up a little too quickly and I wanted more closure. Maybe just an epilogue with them a few years down the road. That is me just being selfish and wanting more!
This is a clean read with no sex or swearing. Just some good old fashioned kissing! I can't wait to get my little hands on another story by Ms. Webb. A well written story that had me experiencing a wide range of emotions. I would recommend this read!

I consumed The Apple Tree by Ms. Sofras in one evening. Once I started on this delicious story. I simply couldn't help myself I had to finish it. The flow of the story was fantastic and Jules character was well developed. I would have liked a little more information on Nicholas. This story felt as if it was real to me. Like Jules was my friend. I found the conflict impressive and the resolution splendid as people have to humble themselves and take some risks. I really did not want this story to end and would have liked more. This is a clean read no sex (just reference to) and no swearing! I will be on the lookout for more from Ms. Sofras.

I was taken in by the blurb and was not disappointed by Ms. Rossano talent to weave an amazing story. I was transported into the past when king's and queen's rule. I warmed to Darius and his rough yet gentle ways quickly. I loved Brice and how she struggled with trust. I felt her fears were real. Based on her past, which is not the prettiest childhood. My heart went out to her. I was glad that things did not instantly become perfect. I would have liked a little more attration between the two and more time spent together.
With danger lurking and traitors wanting to kill we get some mystery as well. I was surprised at how at who was the traitors were! This is a mystery, sweet (clean no sex or bad language) romance with grit. I was left wanting more so I felt the ending was a bit rushed. I would like to read Ewian's story. Hint, hint Ms. Rossano. I am still thinking about it two days later.

We get to meet some interesting characters along the way. I was enchanted with the mermaids. I was amazed at the beauty of the witches, my fist thought when I hear the word witch is not beauty. I think of an old and ugly woman. Ms. Schmidt has weaved a story that kept me captivated and made these creatures her own. I would love to get my hands on some magical juice. Forever is a spellbinding read! I have really loved this series and as always it is sad to say goodbye. But, the good news is Ms. Schmidt has many more stories in store for us.

I devoured this novel in one sitting and was swept back to 1878. Ms. Nordin has created a masterpiece that is truly original and her own. I felt like I was in the story right along with April and Joel. I feared along with April. I was proud of Joel and the choices he makes.He really is a good guy! That does not want to get married. Shotgun Groom is jam packed with humor, mystery and romance. (contains sexual situations within marriage) The plot is believable and the characters are very well drawn and so realistic they nearly jump off the pages . I found the whole story deeply satisfying. I am still thinking of this story days later.
This book is in a series but also stands alone perfectly.

I really enjoyed this Christian inspired romance/mystery. I enjoyed how Ms. Hart made her characters very real and she tied things up nicely at the end. I like watching Hope grow in her life after the death of her parents. I loved how Caleb just told it how is. He is a straight shooter. He is a straight shooter. I was enjoyed trying to figure out who was after Hope. Ms. Hart wrapped up the story nicely. A great clean story no sex and no language for an afternoon. I will be looking for more reads from Ms. Hart.

I just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year. Last year was filled with many great reads! I want to share one of the highlights. It was meeting author Colleen Houck who wrote the Tiger's Curse series. I had just got off a three hour flight with three kids and a hubby an hour before so I don't look my best but hey I got to meet her!!! And she signed all three books (Tiger's Curse, Tiger's Quest and Tiger's Voyage!) I brought with me! To top it off she new who I was. We have been emailing for several years. I have several more books I hope to get signed when she comes to Chicago in April! Maybe I will be lucky and get to go to lunch with her. Such a sweet down to earth woman! Love her and her Tigers series. Photos are below. I also want to thank you all for checking my blog and entering all the giveaways! I have many books to read and many to giveaway! Jessica Day Georges latest book is one not to be missed. I think the cover is very cute! I consumed this story in one night! Join Celie her sister Lulath, her brother Rolf on a astonishing adventure through the Glower castle. Who do you trust when trusted counsellors have been plotting against you? I liked trying to figure out how things would turn out. Jessica does weaves a magical tale. I felt the conclusion of the story was a little rushed. I also know this a the first of a three book series. I can't wait to get my hands on the next book. This book is geared to middle graders but I loved it and think any open minded adult would love it as well. Great job Jessica on yet another excellent story.

Tuesdays at the Castle by Jessica Day George Is an amazing book, I LOVED it. It is a mystery (kind of a murder) with the tiniest hints of romance and other good elements of writing such as humor and suspense. Although this book is one of my new favorites I think the ending to this book was a bit rushed, I mean it wrapped up the story but I think that Jessica could have done a better job.

Crystals take-
Tuesdays at the Castle is the newest book by author Jessica Day George. This exciting new book, geared toward children, was a wonderful read for me as an adult. The story takes place in a castle that is magical and constantly changing its structure. It lengthens its hallways, adds new rooms and staircases too. It even changes the location of rooms! The characters are the royal children, Rolf, Lilah, and Celie. Celie is the main character and loves the castle! She knows it best and maps it’s changes and where everything is located.
This Jessica Day George book is one you don’t want to miss! Join Celie and her siblings on this roller-coaster journey through this amazing castle! You won’t want to miss the laughter, the danger, the tears! Celie will take you on a journey through the castle and show you how she isn’t just your average eleven year old! She and her siblings are put to the test when their parents go missing and those meant to protect and help them are not what they appear to be.
I loved this book and I couldn’t put it down! I stayed up reading it and had it finished in less than a day. Jessica weaves a story of magic, wonder, and keeps you guessing until the end! Tifferz Take-
First off this is my first but not my last book by Rose Gordon! I adore the cover. I think it is perfect and would by the book just by the cover. This is a fun and entertaining story. I love how stubborn and sassy Brooke is. Oh the things this girl does. I enjoyed watching her push the limits with everyone! I liked how Andrew got himself into a pickle or two! It was great watching him figure out how to fix it. The flow and character development was great. The only thing is I still had a few questions at the end. I hope that in book two we see how Andrew and Brooke are doing and I am sure I will get my answers.
If you like regency romance pick this book up. Clean language. This does contain detailed consummation of a marriage. If you do not care for that it is easily to skip it. I do love that this is not your typical regency romance and that they are married before they are intimate. Thanks Rose for an escape on a rainy day! I hope you all enjoy this read! This is a three book series about three sisters. The best thing is all the books are out so no waiting!!!

I absolutely can't take my eyes of this cover. I think it is so pretty! I can't wait to see the next one. It seems like each cover gets better than the last. Okay on with the review. I have a lot of respect for Liberty and all her reasons for being proper. But I enjoyed watching her cut loose. This is a fun story and had me hooked from the beginning. The answers I was looking for from book 1 were answered and it was great catching up with Brooke and Andrew from book 1. I like the Banks family the more I read about them. I enjoyed seeing Paul stoke Liberty's temper! Oh the things they do to each other! One my favorite part of the book was when Liberty's mom and sister Brooke explain what to expect from her wedding night. I was cracking up laughing.This book has a detailed description of the consummation of the marriage. This is easy to skip if you don't care for it.

I am loving Ms. Gordon's book covers so far and that includes this one. Love it! Okay on with the book. I felt for Madison. She has had to live with the consequences of her actions. Madison has secrets from her husband and it is partly due to trust issues. I enjoyed watching Madison's husband assume things. Typical man.It was great to see Madison learn to trust and heal from her past. This story touches on some heartache. But it has it's funny moments as well. I was cracking up when Madison's husband carries her out of the house to the carriage without her shoes. This book does contain a few swear words and a detailed description of the consummation of the marriage. If you don't care for that it is easily skimmed or skipped. This is a great ending to the series. These books also could stand alone. If you like regency pick this up!

The earlier books will give you a taste of Olivia as well, she is a piece of work! I think the combination of Alex and Caroline is refreshing and it works! I enjoyed watching them grow as a couple and overcome difficult things. This does contain descriptive sex after marriage. I look forward to reading the next three books in this series. I always enjoy a good family series. It is so fun to see how things are going for couples and families. This book can also stand alone.

I even got worried towards the end of this book because they were both so stubborn.I even shed a few tears. This book also has it's laugh out loud moments as well. I liked the plot and flow of the book. This does contain a detailed description of the consummation of a marriage. If you do not care for that it is easily skimmed or skipped. I look forward to the next two books in this series!! I hope that Ms. Gordon has many more stories to be told as she has a knack for it.

Sometimes I think that he thought things through but really didn't. I liked how Juliet can hold her own. I liked the banter between the two. Viscount Drakely's girls are fun kids and some of the things they say, will have you laughing out loud. I liked how Drakely had to over come some issues he had and once he learned to communicate things smoothed out. I did feel towards the middle of the book that the kids needed to be mentioned more. The book does have a sex after marriage. I am looking forward to the fourth and last book in the series. I do know that Ms. Gordan does have plans to write more. Thanks for another story. I feel that this book stands alone nicely.

Tifferz Take-

This was my first paranormal fantasy read by Cas Peace. This is book one in a three book series. This story has a cool plot. I liked this heart pounding adventure. I was pulled into other realms with Teran, Major Sullyan, Robin and Bull. It seems people want more power.
I only wish they would have put the glossary in the front of the book instead of the back.I am wishing I had some magical powers. Very fun read that leaves you wanting more. I even think my daughter would enjoy this read. This is a clean read. Though it does has attempted rape.

I think the cover is so cute and very fitting for this book! This story was just what I needed and the perfect length. I am so busy this Christmas season and it was great to have a yummy, sweet romance to forget about all the things I should be doing. I totally understood why Claire handled things six years earlier. I am also so glad for second chances and forgiveness. Burke was so funny the first time they see each other again. I was laughing so hard at the things coming out of his mouth! Burke is a charming guy and fell for him like Claire. This is a great clean (no sex or swearing) novella and will be reading it again! So, grab a cup of hot cocoa and curl up by a fire and enjoy this read!

I think this cover is really cute. Now on to the story. This is my first Kate Jones read. I like it. The story was well written and had me wanting to find how things would turn out. The thought the plot was very believable and I feel in love with Reece. I did not like how two married people started a romantic relationship while separated. I know that this happens all the time but it bothered me. I still however had to find out how things ended. So, I may not agree with that. I did finish the story and enjoyed it. If that does not bother you pick up this read! This does reference sex but does not go into detail. I loved how things ended up. I did feel for Edie and the hard choices she was faced with! I love strong women! I will be looking for more from Kat Jones.

Christmas Stars for Dry Creek- Janet does it again!!! Another great historical romance. It is clean and such a sweet story. I really liked how Elanor was forgiving and understanding of her soon to be mother in law.She also made things work with what she had. I enjoyed her positive attitude. Adam grew on me. He is a little rough but he has some issues to deal with and in time warms up nicely. A excellent Christmas read that made me want to be a better person. This story is clean no sex or swearing. So pick up this great Christmas read! I have not read Jillian Hart's story yet.

I am a fan of Stacy Juba's and was intrigued by the plot of this story. I was hooked within the first few chapters. I refused to put it down till it was done. The suspense was killing me. I was amused by the characters and I can see how revenge motivates people. I liked Dawn's family and how they stuck together. I liked this paranormal murder mystery. I think it would be kinda cool to have some of the mysterious talents that Dawn has. Of course being used for good only :) I would recommend this clean read to anyone! I think you all would find this to be a great read for an afternoon. I sure did! I look forward to the next Stacy Juba read!

I am loving Ms. Gordon's book covers so far and that includes this one. Love it! Okay on with the book. I felt for Madison. She has had to live with the consequences of her actions. Madison has secrets from her husband and it is partly due to trust issues. I enjoyed watching Madison's husband assume things. Typical man.It was great to see Madison learn to trust and heal from her past. This story touches on some heartache. But it has it's funny moments as well. I was cracking up when Madison's husband carries her out of the house to the carriage without her shoes. This book does contain a few swear words and a detailed description of the consummation of the marriage. If you don't care for that it is easily skimmed or skipped. This is a great ending to the series. These books also could stand alone. If you like regency pick this up!

I absolutely can't take my eyes of this cover. I think it is so pretty! I can't wait to see the next one. It seems like each cover gets better than the last. Okay on with the review. I have a lot of respect for Liberty and all her reasons for being proper. But I enjoyed watching her cut loose. This is a fun story and had me hooked from the beginning. The answers I was looking for from book 1 were answered and it was great catching up with Brooke and Andrew from book 1. I like the Banks family the more I read about them. I enjoyed seeing Paul stoke Liberty's temper! Oh the things they do to each other! One my favorite part of the book was when Liberty's mom and sister Brooke explain what to expect from her wedding night. I was cracking up laughing.This book has a detailed description of the consummation of the marriage. This is easy to skip if you don't care for it.

You all know I love this series and feel everyone should read it. Each book gets better and better and this one does not disappoint. Colleen writing is pure magic and simply flawless. The story continues with new adventures and challenges await Kelsey, Ren and Kishan. I loved the dragon's and mermaid and the challenges they have to meet in order to break another part of the curse. It was also inter sting to have Kelsey work with Ren and Kishan on the challenges. I thought she would have to pick one. It makes sense and makes things very interesting. I love how Colleen has developed the characters. They are not the same as they were in book one. It is has been fun to watch them grow. So, you need to read Tiger's Curse and Tiger's Quest before you read Tigers Voyage. Colleen yet again leaves you wanting more at the end which I love and hate. You get your romance sprinkled with magic and packed with adventure mingled with danger. I am eagerly waiting for book 4 Tiger's Destiny which comes out July 2012! I must have series. Highly recommend for ages over 10. No bad language and just kissing.

I get a charge out of a hockey story as long as it is soundly written. I am please to say Stacy has competence in her storytelling. I appreciate the characters and what they experience. I dig the witty banter among brothers and friends. My heart went out to those boys when at home. Another pleasing story that keeps you thirsting for more. I will be awaiting the arrival of Offsides. It will be fun to see how things play out.

Mr. Krueger has a knack for writing a good mystery, suspense thriller that will not have you loosing sleep. I am all for a good mystery but I do not want to loose sleep thinking someone is after me. The plot is believable, with characters you grow to love tied in with a overall good message. What is not to like? I am thrilled to have discovered a new author with great writing skills. I felt myself going along with Cork and his family in this unexpected mystery. I was surprised at the ending! Great work. I just found out this is a series. I have not read any of the other books. I did not feel lost at all. This is also a stand alone book. So if you are a mystery, thriller reader pick it up and I hope you enjoy! I will be putting more of Mr.Krueger's work in my to be read pile.

Loved,Loved this book I can't wait for the next two! Okay my super best friend told me about this book. So, I picked it up! It is one of those books you start and can't put it down because you are engrossed in it. Great plot, character development, mystery and a sweet romance. No sex in this story. My heart went out to Maggie. I liked how Ms. Gammon developed Maggie- she had a lot to deal with and had struggles that did not just magically go away. She had to work through them. I was up way till 12:30am reading this and it was so worth it. Great work Sherry. I highly recommend this book to anyone.

I had the privilege of reading an arc copy of this beautifully written story. I was pulled into the story quickly and loved all the detail Ms. Duenas put into the story. I felt the story had a flawless flow and excellent characters that were developed! I liked watching Sira grow and learn. This story had grit. Sira and learns a lot and sometimes it is not pretty and my heart went out to her. I also learned a bit. This book really had a lot to interest me- betrayal, love, loss, travel to Madrid, Africa and Lisbon, and survival. This is a must read and I will be reading it again. I also can wait to find more from this author. I suggest you give this a read.

Tifferz Take:
First I love the cover of this book! I also was so thrilled to read this book after reading the blurb! Lisa's writing is simply smashing. I read this chick lit summer romance in one sitting. I had to find out how things turned out for Ralph and Jem. I think Lisa did an awesome job with Ralph and I liked getting a look into his thoughts.
I did think that some of the choices that Ralph and Jem made were not the best. But I guess that makes things more interesting. This is a very witty story that does contain some language and some sex (not detailed) while not married. The only problem I had with this story is that things were resolved a little to quickly for me. This was my first book by Lisa and I did not know that it was a sequel to Ralph's Party. I had no problem reading and following this story, so it is a great stand alone read, but I may have to pick up the prequel Ralph's Party. I do recommend this to those who like romance and chick lit.

This is a sweet and charming story. I loved the two romances going on. One in modern day and one during WWII. Cody has a way with words that wrap around you like a warm blanket. I enjoyed the plot and the story flowed flawlessly. American smile may cause a few tears as it pulls at your heart. But, it does have a happy ending! This does contain reference to sex and one scene that was not that detailed. If you do not care for that you can skip it easily. I would recommend it and I cant wait to get my hands on another Cody Young read. I hope you like it as much as I did.

I got this book of amazon and thought it sounded cute. Well I really, really liked it. It was well written the character development was great and it was a fun, romantic story. It is clean no sex. I think my favorite part was the fruit cake. It just made me laugh. So, if you want a great read. Pick this one up. I read it in an afternoon. It is great for a nice escape. This was my first book from this author and I will be reading more from her.

I have been waiting for this book forever and it was given to me as a gift from my mom. I was so excited to read this book. So, this story was just okay for me. This story did not reflect the great story telling that Marcia is known for.
I honestly think some of names did me in. I also felt that Marcia needed to develop Maxim character more and the drama in the story was anti-climactic. The story just did not come together for me. Lots of little things did not add up. I loved all the kissing! This story is clean like all of her books are. It does contain a few swear words. Marcia is an awesome writer and I hope her next book will reflect the great storytelling she is known for.

First off I love the cover of this book! I was excited to dive into Josefina's world. I got about a 100 pages in and had to put it down. I had a hard time with how the relationship that Josefina has with a Bishop developed. It became very intimate. (sexually) I know that that stuff happens, but I just don't care for it. So, that was my reason. I thought that Ms.Long did a great job taking the reader back in time. The story flowed very well from the beginning till I stopped. I will try another one of Ms. Long's stories in the future. Just because I did not finish this book does not mean you will not enjoy this story!

Okay guys I am now a fan of Tara Hyland. Man this woman can tell a story that keeps you on your toes. The story and characters are well developed and strong. I was hooked in the first few chapters. I did not want to put this book down. I was surprised at the unexpected twist and turns and was never expecting this book to end how it did. Sins Of The Mother contains abandonment, crime, abuse, love, romance, some bitterness and much more. This book does contain a few detailed sex scenes. You can easily graze over these if you dont care for that. I highly recommend this book and will read this story again. I love when a story stick with you and this one does.

Scandal at the Farmhouse is a easy read for a nice escape anytime! I love Cody Young's writing style! This historical romance is one you will not forget! I like that it is a forbidden relationship with some complications. I liked how Clara would speak her mind, I found it to be very refreshing for that time period when it was not done. The story is straight forward no need for a dictionary with this story! This does contain a detailed description of the consummating the marriage. If you don't care for that you can just skim over it. I was happy with this story! I would really love to read Olivia's story. I love it when I discover a new author and I will be looking for more from Cody Young!

I was taken in by the blurb from the cover. I could not wait to read this story. Let me tell you this story does not disappoint. You get it all adventure filled with magic, danger, good vs evil and lots of unexpected twist and turns. I read this enchanting tale in one sitting I could not put it down. I will be reading this story again and my 11 year old will be reading it and loving it. I hope that Amber has plans to have a book two because I did not want to see this story come to an end. I need to see how things play out with Brusenna and Joshen. I highly recommend this read.

The Ultimate Fang Gang

Thinking of just five all-time favourite vampires is actually harder than it sounds. I haven't stuck to strictly literary vampires either, because some of the most original and intriguing immortals have been confined to the screen. This then, is my ultimate list of the undead; vampires who have thrilled and fascinated me but most importantly have inspired me to create my own monsters.

5. John - The Hunger (1983)

The opening scene, heavy with the mournful sound of classic goth song Bela Lugosi's Dead, is enough to let you know this movie will be as dark as it is lush. David Bowie plays John, bringing the same ethereality and intensity to the role that he would later utilise in 1986's Labyrinth. John is the lover of an ancient vampire called Miriam. After decades spent partying and eating the club goers, he suddenly finds himself doomed to waste away unless premature aging expert Dr. Sarah Roberts (played by an incredibly young Susan Sarandon) can help him.

4. Christian and Nothing - Lost Souls by Poppy Z. Brite

If there are 'good guys' in Lost Souls, Christian and Nothing would be considered as such. Christian whiles away his afterlife in his bar in New Orleans, lonely for his own kind. When the vampires Zillah, Molochai and Twig drop in one night during Mardi Gras and avail themselves of one of the regulars, events are set in motion that will change all their lives forever. Nothing is born nine months later, working a shred of pink flesh between his tiny baby gums, and Christian decides to leave him on a doorstep in suburbia, hoping he'll have a normal upbringing but little knowing he has condemned Nothing to a life as lonely as his own. For me this novel is all about the vampire as outsider and the lengths we'll go to in order to make a connection with those we consider our own kind.

3. Lestat de Lioncourt - The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice

Famously played by a blonde-haired Tom Cruise in the movie version of Interview with the Vampire, Lestat is a complicated character, by turns entirely charming and brutally sadistic. It's his charm that won me over though; that and his open defiance in the face of society and his vampire contemporaries. Even though immortals had kept their identities a secret since the beginning of time, Lestat decided to form a rock band in order to tell the world what he was and even paid credit to his enormous ego by calling it The Vampire Lestat. Anti-heroes don't come much larger.

2. Spike - Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997 - 2003)

He may have acted like a tough, chain smoking rock band reject, but on the inside Spike was a hopeless romantic. He blasted into town with long-term love Drusilla, determined to kill himself a slayer but ending up falling in love with her too. It was tragic really, but I loved every minute. Spike became even more interesting when he literally sold his soul in order to be with Buffy, eventually becoming a self-sacrificing saviour. And yes, I could have chosen Angel, but he wears too much of that nancy-boy hair-gel.

1. Count Dracula - Dracula by Bram Stoker

The Count had to be number one because without him, there would be no vampires as we know them today. Bram Stoker based his most famous creation on historical misfit, Vlad the Impaler and European folklore, but he popularised much of the mythology such as sleeping in coffins and the vampire's ability to hypnotise victims. Quite what Dracula would make of his shiny ancestor, Edward Cullen, I couldn't possibly say.

It has been described as a modern-day re-telling of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", which if that were true, it would fall under the category of "over-done British literary adaptations" and I probably would have picked it up just because I'm a sucker for Shakespeare. But, that description falls short in so many ways. It is a modern-day re-telling, but it is so much more! It is one of the most well-written mysteries I have read in a long time. Every time I thought I had something figured out, Fortier threw a curve-ball and had me scratching my head again trying to figure out exactly what was going on, who was who, and who could actually be trusted. To me, a truly well-written mystery (or any really good novel, for that matter) keeps you guessing and doesn't take the predictable plot line and this book delivers beautifully. I thoroughly enjoyed the adventure through modern-day Siena, Italy intertwined with the unfolding of the "true" happenings of 1340 Siena that supposedly inspired Shakespeare's famous play. If you are a fan of Shakespeare, romance, mystery, or hot Italian men you should definitely take the time to read Juliet, by Anne Fortier.

Tifferz Take:
I am a big fan of Love Inspired books. I really liked the Pheobe, Chance, Lucy and aunt Jo what a great family. Pheobe is so nice and I love that she is direct and to the point. Lucy is a teenager that grows on you. I enjoyed how things played out with her. This story is a very sweet romance! I would say this is a Christan read that is not preachy and tastefully written! The best part for me was the end! I would have liked the ending to be a little longer, but all good things must come to an end. I guess I am a sucker for a happy ending. I would love to get some of Phoebe's recipes. I love to bake and my mouth was watering while reading! I think I need to go bake some cookies!

I would recommend this to someone who likes a clean easy read.

And the story continues in I loved watching the relationship with Ethan and Danielle grow. Fractured is an exciting read that kept me on my toes with adventure, danger, magic, faeries, romance, some heart break and the unexpected twist and turns. I could not put this book down. I needed to see what happened! At the end I was very surprised. I did not expect it. I don't want to wait for book three. I want it now.

Cheri has a gift for writing and having you feel like you are experiencing everything as it happens. I would highly recommend this fantastic read. But you need to read Fateful first as this is book two in a three book series. I will be reading this one again soon. It is a clean and refreshing read. I will be on the lookout for more from Cheri Schmidt. So Cheri keep those books coming!

I received an arc copy of Girl Possessed! I want to say don't judge a book by it's cover. At first glance of this cover I would say it would be an erotic book, but it is not at all. It is CLEAN. I was pulled into this futuristic world quickly and was surprised at all the unexpected turn of events. Once I stared this book I was unable to put it down. I was captivated.Ms. Miliardario has created such a powerful story with good vs evil, magic, danger, adventure, death and a budding romance. I will say this book does contain some descriptive deaths. I will be looking for book two in this amazing trilogy. I would recommend this read!

This is a amazing story with a love that is tested so many ways through war, famine, rape and much more. You may need tissue while reading this story. Wretched Land takes you on a journey through the lives of a forbidden love and marriage. I like that Mila gives us the history of the Ukraine in the story. I learned a thing or two. I read this story in a day, I needed to see how things turned out for our hero and heroine and all the kids. I felt very satisfied when I finished the book. Mila ties up everything every nicely. I always love to find new authors.

I received an arc copy of A New Dream to review. I can tell you I was intrigued and excited to read this book just from the blurb. This is an inspiring read that reminds us about judging people and forgiveness. I could totally relate to Violet and I found myself wanting things to work out for her and Matt. This is a clean read with only reference to sex. I think Elaine did a great job with the tension and chemistry between characters and the plot was excellent. This story will pull at your heartstrings like it did with me. I felt this romance very touching. I would definitely recommend this book and I will be looking for more stories from Elaine Cantrell.

I love the cover of this book! This is an exciting book I stayed up all night reading! I could not bring myself to put it down. I loved the mythology and matchmaking going on in this book. Such a sweet love story that had me laughing,smiling and pulling at my heart. The characters are so fun and they are well developed. This book has romance, adventure, action and some unexpected events I did not see coming, but really enjoyed! I would highly recommend this new and fresh clean read. I will be on the look out for more from Ms. Gilardi. Hope you all enjoy this read!

Aren't these covers fun? I sure think so. I loved this series! It is a great adventure with a sweet romance! If you like Fantasy these are the books for you. Amanda has a way with words! The characters are well developed and the story line intriguing I was sucked into the story within the first few pages. I only put these books down to make dinner.The laundry and dishes piled up. Worth the time to read this series! These books are clean. I would highly recommend this series to all romance and fantasy lovers!

This book cover is awesome!!! This is a sweet romance novella that is a keeper. I only wish that is was longer. Maybe Ms. Rogers will continue with the story and write a sequel. I fell in love with the Caleb, Ariel and Joshua. I was rooting for them to have a happy ending. The story line is great! I enjoyed this read in one afternoon. I will be looking for more from Ms. Rogers. I am excited to have found another author.

This is an enchanting ghost story with a intriguing adventure.T This is a magical romance you won't want to miss. This is a clean romance!! I highly recommend this book. I will be on the look out for more from Cheri Schmidt.

I really liked that aspect of the story. I also liked that this was not an over powering Christan romance. Lyn did a great job developing the characters and having you care for them. I also enjoyed that these characters were not perfect and had some struggles to overcome. Overall this was a delightful read! This was my first Lyn Cote book and will not be my last.

I am lucky to have received an ARC copy of Tiger's Quest. I was simply giddy when I got it in the mail. I even did a little happy dance. You see, I have become obsessed with the Tiger series all over again. (I actually read the first two books in the series when Colleen was self published) I just love these books. It is going to take a awhile to get them out of my system.

Tiger's Quest will be take you on an emotional roller coaster ride as Kelsey, Ren and Kishan's adventure continues to break the second part of the curse. The book has two main parts: In the first part of the book, Kelsey is back in Oregon going to school. I like seeing how she copes with Ren back in India. The second part of the story details the adventures of Kelsey and Kishan as they are tested both individually and together. I know you all love Ren and I do too, but in this book we get to know Kishan a lot better. Though I am a true fan of Ren the white tiger, Kishan the black tiger has warmed his way into my heart as well.

I really can't thank Colleen enough for sharing her Tigers with us. This book has everything. Trust me you will love it. I am hoping as the adventure continues and they break more of the curse both Ren and Kishan will have a happy ending. But we will have to wait and see as book three Tiger's Voyage comes out this Nov. 1st, 2011.

This is a MUST have for your library. I just finished it and am going to read it again. I have already pre-ordered my hardback. I hope one day to meet Colleen and have her sign my books. So come to NC Colleen!!!!

Finishing Strong

This is my final visiting guest post on my 33 day blog tour around the Web. In an attempt to finish strong, I’m going to talk about the ultimate “strong finish” as conceived by Dr. Stephen Covey, author of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

In Covey’s book, he discusses an exercise in which you are to look all the way ahead to your death. You aren’t to picture the circumstances surrounding it or the preparations of the event. As part of the exercise you are simply supposed to picture the eulogies delivered by your friends and loved ones. Ideally, you would probably want these eulogies to tell tales of a great person who accomplished amazing things and had an unshakable character. Covey essentially asks the question, “Well, how are you doing so far?”

If you were to project ahead to this day, what would these people actually say about you? Would they say that you went for your dreams and inspired people? Would they say that you were a good employee who worked hard for the money? Would they say that you were there for the people who cared about you the most? The trick with this exercise is that you get to choose what they are going to say. The way you choose, is by living the life the way you want to be talked about when you are no longer here.

When I first read about this exercise I was not particularly happy with the way I might be portrayed in the eulogies during my funeral. I was a passionate guy with big dreams who had accomplished little of what I’d set out to do in my creative life. Due to low funds and always needing a favor here and there, I had alienated many friends by not attending their events or to their needs. I spent a lot of time online and my weight was beginning to balloon from a lack of exercise.

I’m not saying that reading about this eulogy concept changed everything, but it was certainly a kick in the pants to head in the appropriate direction. I wanted to be known as a person who had accomplished things. I wanted people to say that I was a loyal friend and someone that they were happy to have known. I wanted to be an inspiration to people in my daily actions, my physique, my everything. That is how I want people to remember me when I’m gone.

I’m not all of the way there yet. There are still big things in this world I want to accomplish, but I know that I’ve spent a lot of my time wisely these last few years getting closer to where I want to end up by the end. None of us can control when we’re going to die and how it’s going to happen. But if we control the way in which we live, we can change how people look at our impact on the world after we go.

Okay guys we have a Must read new author Cheri Schmidt. I can honestly say I love this book and can't wait till the next two come out! Yup we are lucky this is the first book in the three book series! I was quickly pulled into this story and loved every minute of it. Cheri is a very creative writer and knows how to tell a story. This book contains magic, vampires (good and evil) lots of passionate kissing (this is a clean romance), fairies, suspense and some unexpected twists! This book is for everyone. I really enjoyed how Cheri told a modern day story with an excellent plot and romance. You will not want to put this book down. Worth every penny. A must to own. I will be reading this one again very soon. As I can't seem to get the story out of my mind!!!!

I received an arc copy of Small-Town Moms. I was super excited when it showed up in my mailbox! This is my first read from both authors and won't be my last.
Who doesn't like a sweet novella made for Mothers Day. These stories will warm your heart. I thought both books were well thought out and intertwined perfectly. I was not sure they would be able to pull it off, but they did. I think my favorite part was Epilogue. It tied things up perfectly and left me the reader very satisfied. I could relate to the characters and felt both stories were not too pushy with the religion. I have read some Christan romances and they make me want to gag. This had reference throughout both stories to God, reading the Bible, prayer and Church but it was done in a tasteful way and . I would recommend this read to anyone who wants a quick pick me up! I will be looking for more from both authors.
